Stock Status

All products sold at EyeInform website are in stock and ship within estimated time frame. Please check availability for each product directly on the product page. We do our best to keep track of the inventory, but please be advised, the inventory is not updated real time. If product is described low on stock, it means there are only few of each color left and it could happen that product sells out on the day you are making a purchase. 

Shipping Policy and Prices

All items are shipped with the tracking number. Regular mail takes 5-6 business days. Xpresspost takes 2-3 days within and US and 14 business days worldwide. Please note shipping time are estimates only and may vary depending on customs regulations in your country. 

Once an order is shipped, you will receive confirmation e-mail with the tracking number to track the order. It is your responsibility to check e-mail and spam folder if you didn't receive our e-mail. We always e-mail order confirmation and tracking numbers. Please login to Your Account to see all messages from us if you didn't receive our e-mail. 

Mail shipped via Canada Post internationally will be delivered by your national post, ex. USPS in United States, Royal Mail in UK, Australia Post in Australia. 

Taxes and Duties

Canadian, American, European and Australian customers don't pay to receive mail from us. Most of our customers in other countries in Middle East or Africa don't need to pay taxes or duties when receiving mail. We however, don't provide warranties that duties will not be charged to you.Please e-mail us if you have any questions or inquire from your own local import office if you need to pay to receive mail from Canada.


Delivery Issues Resolution

We don't take responsibility for delayed and lost mail because Canada Post is performing shipping service, not us. If a package is deemed lost or damaged we will claim the insurance on your behalf and once we are refunded, usually within 30 days, we will either refund you entirely for the purchase or ship a product anew depending on whichever customer prefers.

Customer must notify us about misdelivery and cooperate with Canada Post investigations. During the investigation, you must respond to Canda Post telephone call and e-mail. If you don't respond and cooperate, package deemed delivered and the ticket will be closed.

If your package is delayed or seems to be stuck at customs, please e-mail us ([email protected]) and we will call the shipper to open an investigation to speed up the package delivery.
